Tiggs has said it's just a misprint of the game KOTOR 2. It's old news really.

Except that this "misprint" has a SKU at several major retailers and its own strat guide coming out. The misprint was the description, the product is real.

What's annoying is that the Devs continue to ignore this and the various rumors associated with it. It would be so easy for them to make a brief statement. The fact that they refuse to only fuels the conspiracy theories.

If you haven't bought ToOW yet, don't. While I don't think that the starter kit really would have all of the expansions, why not wait and possibly save yourself some $$$?

The product contains an offline version of starwars galaxies and JTL. You play for your first 30 levels offline then you have to decide whether or not you want to transfer your character to the online servers and continue paying/playing.

This is very interesting... Hmmm

If this is true, how will the game play? You will basically play solo correct? Wasnt the whole point of the CU to group people 24/7 to do stuff in the game? Or will the "grind" be somehow fake for the player? I mean, will the player get 'fake'experience for killing Jabba thugs (wich in return have to be of at least 7 or 8 levels less than the player to make it "fair")in order so, by killing a few NPCs you get master marksman or something?

This is very interesting, not because the "ZOMG SOE IS GUNNA R1P M3 0FF **edit** J00?1?!??1!!?" crap, but the fact that SoE may implement leveling by doing quests.... Meditate in this, I will.

This is an interesting notion, and rather innovative (as far as I know), but I would think it would leave itself open to being hacked as the character would reside on your pc prior to transferring to the online servers.

I think that it will be online, but will be a highly guided experience similar to a very successful MMO where a lot of xp was gained via quests.
