I think no one missed your point.
If it is not in a post by a red name, it almost certainly is untrue.
Ask the people who are your sources where they read it. Have them provide a link.
If this can't be done....well, there ya go. 
(and 24 points back in our pool would be a righteous move, and long overdue. Many of those lines have no purpose post CU or never worked to begin with)

nope and so far none have come up with any solid links, but im not going to discount that, just look in another place to see if its true.
