I have had a similar lightsaber like this but the SAC was 128 then changed to 100 SAC after the SAC converstion change to all lightsabers but I destroyed it for the ADK. And most likely used by a critical success tool.

I found this info about the tool:
The Village Lightsaber crafting toolkit
The Village crafting toolkit states that it gives critical assemblys or a Critical succes which is common talk for giving you the ability to break the ressouce cap. Wrong! It only give an Amazing succes on assembly which does nothing to your sabers stats. I have after reading some posts on the subject come to believe that a Critical succes is Dev-talk for an Amazing succes, since looking into the .tre files an Amazing succes is coded as a Critical succes and Dev Thunderheart have stated that a Critical succes happens with the same frequency as a Critical fail. And as we know an Amazing succes happens at the same frequency as a Critical fail. The conclusion is that a Critical succes is Dev-talk for an Amazing succes in regards to the Village lightsaber crafting tool but the term have been adopted by the crafting community for then you get a better than normal assembly percentage. The Village lightsaber crafting toolkit does not give one that ability. A critical succes is either a bug or unknown factor still unaccount for and an intented part of the game.
After that popped up there are now Critical Experimentation Tools, which instead of affecting Assembly, actually affect the experimentation.
The experimentation tool is better than the assembly tool. The assembly tool offers virtually no benefit due to the way assembly is handled. The experimentation tool on the other hand saves you probably1-2 points while crafting due to reaching cap with fewer points. Can get a more well rounded saber like the one listed.
His min max damage discrepancy puzzles me, and the pre-cu converted SAC saber would explain this, however he states it is post-cu.

Hmmm do you know which phase gives the experimentation version as a reward?

crafted this the first weeks in the cu .
with a 12 point suit and the best ressource on my server
stats were:
Attack Speed: 3.31
Damage: 159 - 259
Force Cost: 48
SAC: 121
notice the sac is higher than what i posted earlier .
When they nerfed the pre-cu sabers and stuck em with 100sac on all of them , this one became 100sac also

how you explain your low fc? if you sac was so high?
it should be around 50-51 with that sac
- 150-250 Damage
- 3.4 Speed
- 48 FC
- 95 SAC
Used Bespin Port, Assembly food, FS crafting, and a 12pt suit.
