lol. i love that view of the "poor" Rangers, hehe. I do agree we needed work, but I'd guess I've solo'd more Ancient Krayts than most Jedi toons. This new direction is fun, but realize that Rangers aren't going to be "stealing" anything and everything. The items that are going to be stealable appear to fall into two directions:


Ranger/Smuggler content- could be cool, but doesn't need to be regulated by BHs. Smugglers who get stolen from would more likely get a bounty on THEIR head if they got stuff stolen from them


GCW content -stealing of information and perhaps base vulnerability times...man that sounds fun. But I doubt it would need to be connected to the BH missions. If that were the case BHs would get BH missions on opposite faction BHs that got the terminal in a base.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

Have you ever played a ranger?......what was your favorite weapon or defensive special for the 140 points you invested in it?







I enjoyed trapping that worked and you could throw many different things. Also tracking was a useful skill at the time. I believe I was a Master Ranger April/ May of 2004. I need to look for my profession flow chart I made January 2004,just moved so its in some box someplace, but I thought then you needed 169 skill points because you needed the combat line (xxx4)in Marksman besides master Scout in order to go into Ranger in the Spring of '04.

Well I do remember Han having a one piece suit made out of carbonite but it weighed a ton. Still it didnt require any ironing and was very wear resistant.
