Glad to know there are people out there that have done crafting the second time around. It is actually quite fun.
A question for clarification:
- Can the same person win more than one reward? If so, is there a maximum (all 16?)
No
Did you win two or moreof the 16 categories in that particular phase, but only received one reward? The reason I ask is that I have found threads where people have claimed to have won two kits in the same phase, where people asking if it is possible to win more than two.

No idea on the answer to your question, but the reason you keep hitting page 5 is because of some twit spamming idiotic posts.
Looks like he is trying for twit of the game award.
