/agree personnaly i think it makes the other profs like pistols, carbs and rifles a downgrade, i mean i have based all my armour, clothing and foods etc around my pistols and if it takes me to regrind yet another temp just to win a fight, i really cba.

sounds fun! bh can actually try to kill me now rofl.. but you guys are over taking this right? they really arent hitting for 6-7k.... i hope... and they gave them back perma root again? thats like the dumbest thing ever..... basically give jedi ranged attacks with sabrs now.... oh and give us armor tooand how did they nerf aura?
Force Aura effect is almost unoticable now, and yes they REALLY have 7k-8k per shot dmg, there are several screenshots of this happening, single shot incapping MDEF. SOE knew this would happen.

a) Snares completely overriding any movement buffs and on top of that applying the snare effect. Novice Riflemen bring Master Force Enhancers down to sub-walking speeds. The snares can be chained. The result is unarmored BHs in their undies (no joke) killing pre-CU Knights without getting hit. If you dont have Force Cloak (which is also scheduled for a nerf), you can be kited to death.
This is game-breaking for any melee profession.
b) Squad Leader revamp giving buffs to SL that are overpowered:
- Chance to bypass any armor for full damage: Well, people complained about Armor Break being to powerful so AB slices were introduced, now SOE is introducing even worse AB-like abilities without any counters.
- Chance for a critical hit with any attack: Insane damage, especially if used with a damage-capped rifle and Advanced Sniper Shot.
There are reports of people hitting Master Defender Jedi with activated Force Aura for more than 8000 damage before armor with those buffs applied. No matter what armor mitigations you have, if you get hit, youre dead. Now add on top the damage mitigated by Force Aura and you can imagine what the damage before armor would look like on ranged players without CoB or Aura.
This is game-breaking for any PvP profession.
Those changes were on test center and got huge negative feedback, yet they were pushed to live. Now the outcry is on the public forums, for one directly about these changes and for two about SOE repeatedly ignoring customer feedback. GarVa made it even worse yesterday when telling people to step away from the computer and take a deep breath before complaining - a lot of people interpreted his post as "We dont want to hear your feedback, step back so it gets quiet in here again".

Rancor aid isn't too widely available yet, and they have still been able to do the chain snares with it, they just wait it out since the darn drinks stats aren't good enough. It needs a longer duration at least for starters. Supposedly, riflemen are doing it also, so no defense on that one if true, not sure what the templates are.
Good point. Haven't thought about that yet. I guess I'm lucky enough to have Chef buddies hehe. All I know is I haven't had any trouble with snares or roots, ever.
Also, it costs mind for them to reapply ED doesn't it? One step closer to the defeat of the MCM.![]()
I've tried chaining Kneecap Shot too, it didn't work for me or any of the riflemen I've talked to and dueled for testing.

hopefully frs will make us WAY more powerful.... but then again it might make us weaker... knowing how soe are total tards....

simple fixes to make jedi happy
Boost in powers damage
Premium/Flawless attainable at reasonable rate
Healer ability Rez and are clear states of group (including snare/root)
um thats it, i think we can handle the other stuff decently.
