I guess the emperor might be helping me out, lately i've been knockingalmost all force enhancements. Not sure if range makes any difference but I usually breach when i'm at least +10m away from my opponent.

I can't argue with that, powers alone is not enough for damage. still make powers do more damage and the ls powers jedi will be chaos. I feel ls and powers should be a devastating offense, but that's just me.

Aye, can't agree more with you on those points.
Powers needs a lot of loving in the damage department. I always felt Powers and Sabers should do comparable damage. That also fixes the problem with Powers/Sabers users as the ratio is still 1:1 for the most part.
Some may argue that Powers is ranged so should do less, but this is balanced by lightning (and some other powers) requiring that the Jedi not be moving to use them where Sabers doesn't have that problem.
Sorta funny... Powers is the only "ranged" class with a built-in mechanism to prevent them from kiting!
