your buddy tuned 20 crystals, and ended up with 31 somehow?

I never heard of being ranked giving you better tunes. Sounds like a dirty rumor to me.

you will get 99.9 crappy tunes but keep going at it and you will get a good tune. looted and tuned about 40 good pearls recently and best was 117/-7 and i tuned it 2 seconds after i looted it. right on the spot.

Defenately a random thing.

I bought 7 good pearls and they all tune to crap.

Same day like 2 hrs later, I got a good one from a Giant, tuned it

while next to its corps and got a 100/100 -4.

so the new rumor is this ....

tune right after you pluck it out of a steaming hot, dead dragon ... you will get 100+ dmg every time.

So many rumors on tuning, so you must be in space at a starport in front of a force shrine, while you have a full force bar and are meditating while standing on your head balancing chopsticks on you little toe and singing the Star Spangled Banner in swedish and you will get a good tune.

lol no actually i wanted people to know they DONT need to be at a shrine. no wounds kneeling say 10hail mary first blah blah blah all that superstition. its all about luck. keep looting them and you will also get a decent tune . where and how you tune it dosnt matter

Chances have nothing to do with it. If you want to further this theory, I suggest you hit space with a lot of crystals and start taking some data. To accept this rumor after just one tune is to be retarded.
