If it's a stupid fight club like the old FRS with perma-overt and NO PvE at all (ie: Jedi missions, etc), I'll not play FRS, I'll remain a full temp Padawan.
That was actually my plan pre-CU, I didn't like the old FRS one bit.

quest based frs i hope.
pvp (in this game) is all about who has the uber 'stuff'.

at some point the dev's need to realize that pvp is not what the majority of any class want...

That Would Contradict how in the movies..there were acually few jedi in the battle....which mostly consisted of Foot Soilders.

I think i and many would like to see the devs idea's on this because it would end much debate on the forums and the players would again be given some form of choice even if this choice involves whether or not they continue to pay to play this game.
This is a big point because not all players are pvp'ers and not all players are pve'ers and from what i can tell is the devs intend to destroy the community by impossing a playstyle with jedi whether it is pvp or pve which will cause even further division.
I dont think its too much to ask the devs what their intentions are for jedi and the FRS because afterall without the players paying for the game it wouldnt exist, at this stage all the players know are the FRS is being revamped and thats it, surely they have some idea's on the most basic concept concerning the FRS and direction of jediit only seems fair and right to tell the community.
At this point in time i dont care what the FRS consists of because to be honest if its not my type of system ill simply stop playing the game and no hard feelings, but in order to be able to make that choice i need to know what direction jedi are going and what the profession is about right now i feel like the devs are milking me for all the money they can before they implement a system which will create a large number complaints.
We need information and we need it ASAP.

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to state? Jedi have never participated in the GCW ( the time frame we are in). Mostly becasue there were only 4 left, 2 sith, 2 jedi(unless you include the EU, which I hear there were a few more running around). The GCW should be between rebels and imps, not rebel jedi and imperial jedi which, atleast for my server, is where we are at.
Anyone else like the idea of removing jedi from GCW?

Jedi have been part of the GCW in the movies sence the first one... I dont get why you guys get all bent out of shape over it.. granted those jedi where fighting each other.. but vaderwentafter whoever pissed him off.. even his own men.. lol.. but I dont get in the GCW my self... but as of late I have been bored enough to go out with a few friends and went overt and killed a few people.. for something to do... if the FRS was back then there would have been no need for this... would have had plenty to do.,.. hunting and getting hunt keeps yea pretty busy... also as far as the frs goes.. tanks and bac both have said it will more than likely be 1v1... its just a hint.. they did not come right out and say it will be this way but they did hint at this... no matter how it will be the devs wont make every one happy... and as far as I can tell the devs will keep the frs PvP for the main reason, that is the biggest part of wow.. I have friend that went to wow after Combat Downgrade came and they tell me that PvP is the most fun in that game and with every one saying there trying to make this game more like WoW..Andthatswhy they will keep PvP in this game rated so high.. and there is alot of people that love this stuff.. to meits fun to PvP and its fun the PvE in the game...
