He's running a program that randomly selects 2 professions that you haven't done. If this was a real sort of pattern program he wouldn't need your Post Holo professions. He's just trying to mess with peoples heads.

Im just curious as to if the order is Important. I will repost my professions just in case, using your Format.

Pre Holo- None

Holo 1 (Sith) Fencer

Holo 2 (Jedi) Carbineer

Holo 3 (Jedi) WeaponSmith

Holo 4 (Jedi) Combat Medic <Had to Master Medic first>

Post Holo's
