we should be able to choose between FR1 FR2 FR3.... i mean so if we have FR3 we can choose to use FR1 so that there is no dmg reduction

And the force cost on FR3... it cannot be used in a fight with 20% action and 500 FC.

there is nothing wrong with force run the way it is now.
if you gave the option of choosing FR1, 2 or 3 we would see everyone switching to Menhancer.
the damage reduction and inability to choose is the price you pay for being faster than anyone in the game.

That's like saying not having a single KD / Intim at Master Powers is the choice I made for going MPowers. NO I am a MASTER of a selected branch in the force it should be reflected that way in allowing me the choice of the skill I want to use.

Yeah but FR1 can be used a lot better in fights than fr3. And you can almost anywhere use a bike too. The damage reduction is ok if I can either choose between 1 and 3 or have a VERY low activation cost on 3.
