But I read enough to get the idea....and you know what?
This does not deserve a post. It is a typical encounter with a BH. Good for him using tactics, good for you if you killed him.

i spend more time reading on these forums than i do posting, and i've seen A LOT of flames. but there hasn't been a single flame that i've seen on this thread, and this isn't one either. but what you don't seem to be grasping here is that a BH's role is to take you down however possible. the SMART BH doesn't walk up, bow and say "you know what i'm here for. are you ready?", and he doesn't come rushing in on his swoop, jump off his bike and start shooting. he tracks, hunts, and observes you and picks the time when you're at your most vulnerable to attack. this isn't dis-respectful, this isn't personal, and it's not meant to offend.
you say that you feel that he should treat you with respect and fight you on even ground, 1v1........but even when he attacked you and you had multiple NPC's attacking you, you STILL defeated him. had he actually let you finish, and then let you regen your health, action and force, he wouldn't have lasted as long as he did; it would have been a slaughter. what is smart about that? what is "respectful" about that?
if this was your first BH that has attacked you while you were pre-occupied with combat, and your first BH that didn't introduce himself and what his purpose and allow you to get ready, then consider yourself very fortunate because it is the extreme minority of BH's that do this. i understand that if that is the type of BH you have always had, that it would feel "disrespectful" to have them attack you while you were in the middle of a lair; but what everyone in this thread has been trying to tell you is that it is the "norm" for this to happen, and for most jedi it is understood that that is the BH's biggest tool against us: timeing of when to begin combat. he wasn't being disrespectful.....the fact that he didn't say ANYTHING to you is a sign of a very mature player, and i sulte him for having the tact to keep his silence and to pick one of the few times that he may have had a chance to beat you.
it's unfortunate for him that you weren't distracted enough for the battle to swing his direction, and it's a testiment to your abilities that you survived the encounter. but you shouldn't expect the BH to purposely lose the one advantage that they have over us, and you shouldn't get so defensive with your fellow jedi bretherin when they try and explain to you that this isn't unfair tactics that the BH took.

I had a bh on mustafar a little bit ago.. I was doing some quest's with a friend. (Ba'racca) and this guy comes driving up... I am thinking someone else is doing a mission.. and he instantly gets agro from the creature I was fighting.. so being the nice jedi that I am I quickly get agro back.. and he heals up and stands there for a few secs.. while I am fighting 3 creatures.. at once with Ba... he starts shooting.. lol ok so now I am getting hit by this mbh/mcm.. and he is hitting me pretty good and putting fire and what ever else on me.. I am running around trying to heal.. and getting even more agros.. I put on some defenses.. and start hitting this bh that seems to have no manners.. He isjust after the glory of a quick kill not after the hunt of beating someone on even ground... not even acknowledging I helped him out by taking agro off them... but any ways I am getting hit pretty good and force is going fast from all the defenses and heals I am using.. I see I am doing some damage to this guy even though I am healing alot more than I am hitting.. and I see his action is way down from all the attacks he is throwing at me.. so I through a sap on him.. heal a couple more times.. and running around like crazy.. that isn't working all that well with his snares he keeps putting on me.. so thank god my alt is a chef and I made some rancor aid a few days back hehe.. but after I get to a certain point the creatures I am getting attacked by turn on him... hehe.. and in a few hits I hit a deathblow and the fight was over.. and I get out of there in case another bh comes, as I was so close to being out of force it wasn't even funny... and he almost had me several timesdue to all the things hitting me at once.. and the snares, man that is the biggest pain of all time.. but still got lucky enough to get my self out of it.. also was very lucky I had all my foods on for the battle I was in for the quest I was working on...
ok ummm hes a BH hes not supposed to come up to u and say hey i have ur mish r u ready to fight. dont think so hes so supposed to catch u off guard so he can win easier and get his quick creds. the most important thing is that he didnt talk trash or grief u
