This word -- I do not think it means what you think it means. Breakdown implies that communication was better at some point in the past.

As to the cloaking aggro thing I comment that as a cloaker it seems to me more of a pain than a benefit, but I don't run about trying to do it and I see your point on that. Anyway and personally I'd be thrilled if they took that out in that it would help me stay cloaked. Also, if you have like 50 things following you about (similar to the number of people in the Mining Outpost for instance, it drains you force way faster than you can channel. Anyway, that's my 2 1/2 cents.
