Just did some math using the test numbers listed above.

Without channel....and having 7100 force:

No robes (or tapes) 13.49 minutes to fully regen from zero.

With robes 9.94 minutes.

So we save 3 and a half minutes by wearing robes.

This assumes much...but gives a little idea of the advantage.
