Just killed a DJK (NPC) and looted a prem Crystal!
Tuned it and got the BEST prem tune in many months!

ok after selling all my pearls/crystals and becomming very rich - I decided to try to just tune some pearls!
Premium Pearl: 50 FC-7
Premium Pearl:44 FC-8
Flawless Pearl: 48 FC-9
So I got my first neg 9 in over 50 tunes (only prems and flawless tuned) !!

As of today, i tuned 5 quality crystals...
Best fc i had was -3,
Best Dmg i got was 20..
I don't know if it was some sort of joke, but tuning seems broken, at least to me.
