Nope, the one that heals the most loses thanks to mind usage. Two very skilled Jedi don't 100% rely on damage, a Jedi has tons of tools avaiable to use.

they will probably have both healer 4xxx/use stims & steak
I think what the poster is getting at is that if 2 very similiar Jedi in most aspects fight, and one has 4000 Healer and one has 2000 Healer then the 4000 Healer will win.
Depending on where the other Jedi put those 6 points, this is a true statement.
The 2000 Healer will have to heal more often and use more mind because his heals are less powerful.
The person with the most efficient healing should win, all else being equal.
An MLS / MDef / Heal4040 should beat a MLS / MDef / Heal2000 / Enh0003 based on healing efficiency since the pickup of the Enh0003 is not very useful in 1 on 1. Assuming they both have similiar sabers, food and overall knowledge of fighting.
Actually it depends on how and when they heal, as i fight i tend to leave my heals to the last second Very risky if miscalculated but it gives me Extra time to attack dealing more damage causeing them to heal more in exchange,also depends on weather or not they are useing infusion,
my MOTO more they heal less they attack me

yeah i do that too,i cant explain how much it annoys me when i get a healing lag out of nowhere and i incap
