Thread: Frequency of BH visits
What frequency do you get for BH visits these days?
2 weeks ago and as back as far as the the BH changes i was lucky to see 2-3 a week, since then for the last fortnight or so ive had 2-3 a night. To my knowledge ive always been plastered on the terms with high vis as it doesnt bother me, ive not died to a BH for a very long time so vis never cleared, is the increase in visits due to more missions generated or just down to more BH hunting?
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the upturn in visits or if its just me as its getting tiresome.
The number of Jedi online at any given time, the number of visible jedi, and the amount of visibility you have individually can really influence your chances of being hit by a BH. Itoccurred to me that taking names off the terms was probably the best idea ever, in more ways than one. The way the terms and visibility works, along with only showing online jedi, it is very possible to get multiple bh's at once. Even though the chances of a BH pulling a full template is much higher, with alittle communication, it could be very easy for bh's across the server to find common missions against the same mark.
A lot more peeps jumped on the MCM or CM4000 banwagon, and got their uber ranged templates completed...we are much more competetive as BH these days (I'm speaking from my BH alt point of view)
I actuallycomplete Jedi missions now, solo...After a week of hunting, I'm up to about 1 in 3, but i'm getting better and better, buying mods, upgrading guns and armor, refining techniques...I figure I should be about 50% soon. Those are AWESOME percentages to beat a full temp Jedi solo...never would of happened pre-cu or before CM buffs and Jedi speed debuff.
My view..I was initially taken aback about the great loss of power Jedi had relative to elites. Now, I figure, I enjoy the game, if BH are so uber, then get one, then I'll know for myself. I feel bad for post-cu Jedi who can't get good tunes...that is a travesty. I killed a Jedi two nights ago, I felt so bad, I GAVE him a clear crystal. His DPS was under 300. My FWG5, with dmg pup, has a dps of 684, plus I have the speed debuff and 75% AB reduction slice. It's a fun match against pre-cu Jedi, kinda stupid against post-cu Jedi who haven't been able to get a good saber. I haven't had a powers yet, but I hear I will go down quick.

Same problem as you bro, an i dont understand how i could rack up all the added vis. but i posted about this about 20minutes ago. check it out, maybe it will answer some of your questions.

Get this, I had I think total from the CU until two weeks ago about 2 teams TOTAL -- then all of a sudden (mind you I changed no gameplay or at no way changed my visibility) I have been visible since the Knight Trials even.. AND within the last two weeks getting visitors almost one a night and or one night was 3 --
There is NO doubt at all that somthing was changed.... (oddly even less MBHs then before too).. which makes even less sense.
How a guy goes from 3 months or more with none to 3 and 2 and 1 a night over the last two weeks makes no sense to me.
(Sad part is that sooner or later I will die and someone will make bank on my butt)..lol No loss yet lol.
i've had a grand total of 7 since the CU began
and 5 of those came in a period of about 3-5 days, can't remember
it should also be noted....i don't stay in one area very long when i'm online tho, i hop from place to place, do what i came online to do
the times i did get attacked i was shopping, or doing other things that i was stationary for awhile....
...so this could have something to do with it and BH's or just lazy, or the data is just coincidental /shrug
