Here's a question I'd like added to the list.

A change like this could not have been programmed overnight. In fact it probably has at least 6 months of development behind it. That would put the beginning of the coding at....1 month after the implementation of the CU. Does this mean they were scrapping the CU immediately after implementing it? And if so, why did they push the CU through at all?
