FFS... add that to a good set of buffs, find a MSL, and you're effectivly pressing the "I win" button.

And the DPS are lying, speed is capped at 1.0 modified, and special multipliers are applied to the capped value not tthe uncapped one.
Not too mention that with 82 sac and such speed it takes only a moment to run out of action.

It doesnt matter... if you're hitting for 1k damage every second, what can stop you?

newsflash. dps is borked. you never do the dmg your meant to. its usally your min/max

at 1169 damage and hitting once a second he needs only 3 shots. what are you guys argueing? you guys have the 50%+ saber block it would take to fight this BH? You guy must be good, I hope you can teach the rest of the padawans out there how you do it.

just wait until every bh out there buys another account and grindds it to M.doc/MSL and take them with them everywere they go.. fully buffed at all times with SL buffs that will tear you appart in 10 secs, some of the bh's on corbantis are already doing it.. and it's a no win for the jedi 
oh and you might want to know that if you are grouped with 5 SL's all of them can give you SL buffs and stack hence you could have every single buff SL can offer... sorry but that just doesn't look any good, put that in the mixer with a CM or 80m rifleman and a droid and you are in for a world of pain... "you can put the droid on follow target to avoid him from cloaking if he has cloak" as a rifleman do sniper shot with then a snare or headshotand he will not only be not able to catch up to you he will probably be dead since with the SL buffs they can hit you for up to 8k+ dmg before armor/mitigation...
we are back to pre-cu legendary/exceptional rifles that could 1 hit incap anyone

BTW you can damage slice the DP-23 and put a damage pup on it then you should see the stats.
