Thread: New master defender skill: Force valour (deflection)
The skill should trigger like a critical hit. If the shot is "blocked" then the Jedi has a chance to do a counterattack. This counter attack should in reality do damage as if you attacked the attacker with the same weapon they are using.
Example: You and a bounty hunter are dueling. He shoots you with a 600-1200 rifle. You block it. There is a 10% chance for the counter to trigger. A Jedi with valor blocks more often and therefore this will trigger more often. The reflected attack will do damage against the BH as though you had shot him with HIS weapon (not your saber) using Ranged Shot, the most basic ranged ability, representing the intensity of the deflected weapon's beam. The BH will get armor mitigation and defense and such, so the Min will probably be the damage applied.

come on lets satisfy all the kids with m.def and 0-4-0-4 sabers, honestly i believe valor should be moved from defender to sabers, with an advanced at master, giving master lightsaber a total of 60 - 70% chance to block.

If a merge happened, I hope those of us that have master D/master LS got a respec
I would think that the whole Jedi profession would need a respec. Merging two whole trees is kinda major. It's not a bad Idea but not entirely necessary either.
Bring back saber toughness. Increase the Lightsaber block to 50% at master with a chance to go to 85% in FRS. Remove the last change to AI but increase the duration and the cool down. Give Valor (Valour for my Brit friends) the reflective ability.
Oh and start giving Every player a reasonable chance to resist a snare or root and alot of problems could be fixed.
