One thing I always do when phase 2 rolls around is go to the village and get another health buff crystal.

I went this time only to find out that Whip will not let me do again this phase. So I try my jedi and same thing,

he will not let me take the mission. So again I try my third character Jedi (who is now cancelled due to the fact that

it is a waste of money to have more than one acct anymore) and the same thing happens, can't do the mission.

So after I tried on 3 toons and was denied I began the long process of trying to get some help.


First I sent in a csr ticket, guess what they do to my well written ticket??? They close it and tell me to send

in a /bug report. DUH!!!! I did that on all three characters before I even sent in a ticket. So on my sixth ticket I

finally get the champion of all CSR'S, you know him as BenC. Is it just me or is this guy the only one who cares

about customer service??? He honestly tried to help me but it did not work . Anyway he said he would get back to me

and keep the ticket open.


Now if this is a bug then fine make it a known issue blah blah blah and it won't get fixed until the next time the phase rolls

around if I am lucky. But is it really so bad that to get someone to actually help you you have to send in SIX TICKETS????


So if you don't mind please go to the village if you have done the health crystal quest before and see if you can do it.

If you can't please send in a ticket. Anyway I did some more digging and found an email addy to complain to so lets do this!!!

Everyone who has recieved poor customer service send an email describing what happened to


Let our voices be heard and go ahead and let them know how sucky the customer service really is in this game.


Sorry if some of you feel this does not belong but I honestly think we need to let SOE know how poorly this game is run

so tell your story and let your voice be heard

I thought it was fairly clear when the Village came out that they said could not repeat missions after you did them. Dunno thats just what I took from it.

no, they said you can't repeat them in the same phase but you can do any quest of your choice when each phase rolls around.


I know this b/c I do the health crystal quest every time phase two rolls around.

yup you are only meant to do each quest once with each toon

could it be that ur prob is that phase 2 will first start TODAY AFTER restart , goddammit mate check village status before crying

If you already finished the mission the first time around and got the buff crystal you can't do it again on those toons. I do remember a bug where if you failed it and had whatever it was you needed to deliver (I think it was a resource container.)you couldn't take his quest again when Phase 2 came around next cycle, that might not be it exactly but it was something along those lines.

do u still have the crate from when u last did mission if u do then sorry u cannt do it this time destroy it & u can do quest next time round

no m8 its phase two on my server since sat and CSR-benc told me that you can repeat quests.


I did the research people I am not a noob I need help not idiots.

It's not meant to be done more than once.

read all the posts people, I have done it more than once before!!!!!!


A csr verified you can do it more than once. Please don't just make stupid comments


this is why our game sucks b/c half of the jedi would rather be #$%holes instead of try


to use our numbers to get things done.

And yesterday a CSR said you couldn't fill a 7th FS tree and drop one of your orignal 6 but you can so I wouldn't hold what a CSR tells me too high.

You're not supposed to be able to repeat village quests with the same toon.

You can do each quest once with each toon. The fact that some people can repeat quests is the bug. It sounds like you have been bugged in such a fashion, but are now fixed.
