Has anyone here deleted their Jedi Main toon, re-rolled a normal toon, and been able to keep the second slot plus the new toon?

To my knowledge if you delete your main, your jedi will be lost. I would not do it.

Deleting a jedi should be grounds for psychiatric evaluation requirement irl to ever pick up SWG again.

the way it works is this...
if you are a pre pub 9 Jedi , you canreroll your MAIN and KEEP your Jedi , and both slots.
I have no clue how it is post pub 9 tbh, but I think you obviously can not delete your Main which IS your Jedi, and keep Jedidom.
You can delete the secondary slot anytime Im pretty sure and reroll that new alt you unlocked.
As far as deleting a pre pub 9 Jedi..I wouldnt go there, I dont see the point in that at all, (unless jeibayed) considering how old your char is, plus every other jeibayer would have done that to avoid conflicts with former accnt holders social problems.

So, I can delete the character I unlocked my Jedi with pre-publish 9 and make a new one on the same server. And keeping my Jedi?

send a ticket to a csr, more than one to be safe. Dont take what you read on the fourms as fact

Im 80% sure awhile back a dev posted that pre-pub 9 FSCS (or whatever it was called) became youre 'main' slot. So technically youre old main character is actually youre alt not youre jedi and everyones are now the same.

I have 3 Jedi, and the way Jedi is now, I have no desire to grind out the other 2. I had visions of Master Powers since sabers are crap now. But then they nerfed Cloak...
My first Jedi is a pre-patch 9 Jedi, which is the unlocked alt. He is my Knight and I wouldn't delete him. One of my other Jedi is the main that was unlocked after Patch 9. That toon has 24 skills tied up in FS which I don't want anymore. I can't drop them, so I want to delete that toon, and re-roll another that will be non-Jedi, but still keep the second slot it unlocked.
That is whatI wanted to see if anyone has done.

heh, they don't fetch much still do they? 2 of them are just padawans. what is cool is that my knight has a padawan on the same account.
