Well, my suit is basic white cloak (no hood), white gloves, white shoes (don't have any all white boots besides the snow boots). The pants are red on the outside with the inside lining red and the shirt is all red. If I didn't need mods on the head, I wouldn't wear a hat, but the hat is all red.
What really limits my outfit choices is the lack of color choices for some clothing and a lack of active tailors. I had to go master tailor when we had respecs to make my own clothes as I did not know exactly what I wanted and was unable to describe it to a tailor. It's hard to tell them what you want when you can't see their whole selection. Many tailors don't make every single item and display them. They only do that with the most popular ones.
I'll get a screen shot of my suit, but I don't think it's anything special...I certainly would like to change it, just never got around to doing it.
My orginal idea was to go 100% white on every peice of clothing, but the game don't allow that...plus it's disappointing that the white looks like a dirty pearl color instead of true white, especially on the cloaks. I have an all green and all orange outfit too....(hey I like colors other than blue and black 
)

This reminds me, I saw a cool looking sith outfit about 2 months ago.....since he was a zabrak, it really looked sinister with his tattoo's and face paint being the same color as his suit. I think I took a screenie...I check.

Ventilador - I really liked the Doc's robe suit. I saw a similiar one for a dark jedi, but it was all black. I like the colors you chose.
Huin - I'm with the others. Post a pic of your R.O.H. suit.
