Thread: In TC right now. answering Q's about new stuff

ok so far ive found that when you become a a jedi you get a vibro knuckler to use. you cant actually make your lightsaber until CL 38
you gain skill "boxes" at certain CL's now. you start out basically as a Tk in a paddy robe. this has probably been covered but if theres anyone in the dark ill try to help out.

hmm silly question but can we still target a mark (i mean that you click on it and it locks on to it ) or do you got to aim for your mark all the time ?

you can use tab to target but it doesnt hold like it used to. if you run your cursor over a player or npc it targets them. so you pretty much have to aim alot. also..i killed an npc just now and +lucky+ appeared over their head. i looted more credits then normal off them

So if we go PvP and get a lot of lag it is allmost only about who can click fastest on attack button and has less lag to aim well ?

also from what i can see on the skill sheet a lvl 80 jedi that respecs to FS/jedi in this NGE will be missing the last 3 skill boxes as it goes to CL 90 now. those boxes hold LS experimentation a stance move an attack and the fourth gen ls certs...you can also look forward to force sensative backpack ring and belt being given to you in some boxes.. and a jumpsuit

i was wondering about lag myself. the cursor is moving fluidly for me and i havent had much issues with it. and for attacking clicking and hold is faster

Ah ok .... Do we still have a toolbar where we can drag special attacks in and use them ? ( Oh by the way thanks a lot for all the info so far ! )

so..bottom line no more alpha class right?
but what about up to cl 90..that would still be an alpha class and who has access to this?

ah the toolbar 
the tool bar has space for12 commands. 1 thru + keys. there is a box at the end of your tool bar that shows the move you have selected and right click fires it. so lets say i have center of being in 1 and focused strike in 2 . to use focused strike i hit 2 then i see the icon for focused strike go into the box at the end of my toolbar. i right click and focused strike goes off. haha your welcome for the info. but yeah you can drag items and skills into this toolbar.ive tried stretching it to a double row but no luck so far.

and yeah everyone can get cl 90. no more alpha class. the TC player tutorial was filled with jedi when i got in this morning.
