Thread: For the sake of the Profession Remove us from the GCW.

I never thought in a million years I'd say that but, get us all away from the rest of the professions. Please.......
IF we only have to fight each other we only need to be balanced versus each other. There are tons of threads with ideas in these forums with this implementation in mind pick one use it. The constant nerfing is abhorrent and frankly tiring.

the FRS needs to come back befor we can do anything like that because there is no light or dark right now only imps stfun what cant take the tkm's PWNNG your face

this is exactly what we need, if you arent pvping aganst other jedi, you arent pvping at all, sounds great, no need for balance issues, except in the case of BH's. Hoping this is added with the frs.

I completely agree. I posted this while angry and kinda assumed you all were in on a conversation I had yesterday, DUH. Anyhow, I will put some ideas together and try to present the entire case top to bottom. My assumption is that this would be the FRS, but I didn't make that clear. I will shortly. If anyone has solid ideas on this pm them to me and I'll do my besst to incoporate them into my idea. The more brains working on this the better the idea so pm away.

that is the single dumbest thing I have ever heard, if you want to tuck tail and run leave the real jedi out of it.

balancing jedi to normal classes is ridiculous, it's cost us heals, damage, (unfixed speed bugs?), countless useful skills, and the 1.5:1 advantage we supposedly have... take us out of the GCW, jedi vs jedi only and let us play an actual alpha class - we just need to somehow stop the 8 yr old BHs who cant kill a half-templated jedi from whining due to the fact that they suck and maybe we'd get something positive for our profession...
and furthermore, if the GCW consisted only of nonjedi overts, maybe then PVP would be fun again with our nonjedi alts...

That's how it should be anyways, in all the movies Jedi fought Sith/Dark Jedi, the troops/droids of the other side were merely "in the way".

I would have no problem with seperate Light/Dark factions for whenever the FRS is brought back, as long as they make it so we are perma-overt to each other.

Um... This is all about PVP. Just leaving those that tend to call for tons of unwanted attention to us to go away. The plan I have in mind is rather large in scope but, not a difficult coding challenge (i think). The best PVP i have found is against other jedi for many reasons most of which is that they have generally been around the block a bit and think/fight creatively. That is my premise and my arguement for Jedi vs Jedi PVP.

I have no problem with Rifleman/CM's. So what's your next argument going to be?
