Thread: Trials of Obiwan = FRS ? ? ?

so my question to the devs is this, Do we have to buy this new pos xpansion pack to be knights? ?? ? ?
will i not be able to access frs type quest if i dont buy ToO ? ? this is a hard question that i want a direct answer to, cause if thats the case, you can keep your 14 bux a month and your 30 bux for obiwan Trials expansion cause ill play something else. if i have to pay 30 bux just to be a knight, screw that theres plenty of free games out there that arnt as buggy and have great customer service.

Don't forget you also have to pay the $30 if you want Premium crystals.

i could care less seriously about noobs flaming me , i just wanna know do i have to pay 30 bux to be a fricking knight or higher ? ? ? this question hasnt been addressed and by searching my feelings and knowing something is out of place i have the inclination in suspecting that we will have to buy trials of obbiwan to be jedi knights , which is capital B U N K imo

ah man you mean i gotta pay 30 bux to make my saber better?? ? ? id rather buy millions off ebay on my server for 10 dollars and buy premium pre cu pearls then by this expansion .

You probably don't have to buy the expansion to become a Knight. The FRS most likely isn't included with the expansion. If it is, then you'll get it for free seperately from the expansion. But, I have a good feeling that Premiums will only be available on Mustafar on Nov 1.

If you go back and read the dev chat's that talk about the new expansion, you will see where it says the FRS will not be part of the expansion.

Or you could check 15 posts down and find the same topic. But that doesn't make as much of a stir as if you start another thread pushing the rumors that FRS/better pearls are part of the ToOW...

Yes devs do lie and they don't care about upsetting us with straight out lies. You can ban this post off the forums but it really isnt a secret. They think up something the kids cry and they take it away because of the whiners who ruin this game. Its the devs fault for listening to a buch of retards who dont know how to play the game.

ToO is a DIGITAL download...so IF FRS comes out, and IF gamewide loot is fixed...you can bet it will be a download....they have to patch in things for the people who don't buy it, just so the weapons/items are correct to player w/o the expansion....now you won't have the download to VISIT, but anything that infuencial..loot/frs/etc, will be included to all player regardless of the download. Ever seen anyone w/o ROTW? they can still use katarn knucks, they can run the non kash quests that were released with the launch, as long as they have JTL for the space ones. SOE..does do some things that question wheter or not they were drunk when they did it, but they aren't stupid, if it costs them money they don't do it. FRS/Pearls only aquired after buying an expansion would = 1/2 the jedi population /canceling. They aren't nearly as ignorant as you must think. No I'm not flaming..just trying to tell you to think before starting a whine post, one thing about SOE...they might not care about most customers problems (or they might be busy fixing otehr bugs not saying either way since i have been helped some bye the CSRs everyone else flames)....but they do care about customer CASH.

Not a flame, but you already pay $15 a month to play the game, so in two months all you're doing now is paying $30to be a Full-Temp Padawan. It's the premise of paying an additional $30 on top of it. However, the devs DID state the FRS was NOT part of the expansion, so it's doubtful they will implement something with the FRS that requires anything other than the basic game.
