Thread: Overloading a saber is possible **Baciacca please read**

Right i know there is a lot of flames for the guy who stated that you can have 5 damage crystals in a saber but i need to say this is very true and is indeed caused by SOE.


I am not 100% as i don't own a crystal that is bugged but basically the trick is or was in the server transfer option for items.

I have a friend who transfered some crystals across from another server there was a selection of colour, dmg crystals and pearls.. on transfering opening this bag when he got onto the designated server and passed them onto his Jedi toon he discovered that the colour crystals have dmg stats on tuning..


These said colour crystals where only noticed because of the rating of the type it was a red looking colour crystal, was named the colour Yellow and had fair quality.


Now these crystals are Yellow when ignited in the saber and have the full power stats of a power crystal so hence having 5 dmg crystals in one saber.


Now the biggest thing is that the dmg and speed and even force costs are not that high they was about 50 dmg, -0.16 speed and -5 fc but put that into a good dmg saber already with nice pearls and you have a uber saber.


Now i don't have proof and i really wish i did hit that print screen button but sadly i didn't so i can't prove this but i 100% assure you it is true and if you speak to anyone on my server i am fairly trustworthy and loyal and would never do this to cause and slander or outrage for anyone all i want is this issue to be taken seriously...

Erm just what exactly is your point...


I was trying to back up someone who was getting slated and called a liar..This bug is real and i know of a few peeps whom have these crystals in there sabers..


Also i have a good saber i have nothing to be jealous of..

Your willing to put a "friend" on a banned list because he's taking advantage of his situation?

OMG...

If SOE bans me for their stupidity then so be it, I really dont care for it much, but to put your friend on the ban list because he lucked out, that's wrong.. I would never rat out any of my friends/guildies because they took advantage of it.

No where did i mention the persons name nor will i ever mention there name, they can't do anything to me as i have no bugged crystals in my posession..


Now please stop trolling me with nonsense and go get a proper life.

Wow and how is informing people of a real bug that is an unbalacing in a already unbalanced system fair or just, i feel sorry for those with the 400 dps sabers that don't stand a chance against this kind of bug..


Now why do we pay to play a game that is so damn bugged...


Lets fix the issues already and stop the trash talking, all bugs should be fixed to help keep balance..

Yea and we all know how well the /report system works..

I have used the system loads of times and have had hardly any feed back...

So sorry but i don't have faith and trust in the /report.


Also public awareness seems to get these bug's fixed a lot faster.

lol, the poster gets flamed and called a snitch for saying this bug needs to be fixed? Sounds like someone is using it right now lol.


The only problem I have with the post is you just explained how the bug works. People need to realize sometimes the devs do not have the time to fix stuff like this and rely on the fact only a couple people know the exploit. Trying to force the hands of the devs doesn't work a lot of the time. Specially when they have the new expansion coming out, I'm assuming there is too much on their plate already. I appreciate you backing up the other poster who talked about this but you should never say how an exploit works on the forum.

FYI these are the pre-cu crystals. some if not most color crystals had stats pre cu
