Thread: Nothing but Hate for SOE

I am and have been a 1st day player of this game I spent the better part of 2 years in the pursuit of Jedi. Now here I am 2 years and 6 accounts later. I have only just got my Jedi to full Temp(well 1 mil xp away from full temp). I have spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours atempting to achieve what I have, and Sony wants to kick me in the %$$#. Star Wars Galaxies has fallen from the top 10 mmorpg's a long time ago, but they cont. to nerf nerf nerf!
Their Cust service is like the credit card commercial that the answer is always no! Instead of fixing they nerf. I don't understand how you ppl can complain about Jedi's being 1.5 times as tough as the other class's when it has been a long struggle for many of us! Force cloak has been one of the most unique and fun aspects of being jedi. And don't tell me to blame the exploiters for it! I blame SOE! All they had to do was to make droids immune to force cloak and since turrets allready shoot cloaked ppl, there would not be a loot exploit for it. SBD's are in the Vette abd DWB and these are the points of complaining about the exploits. Instead they NERF NERF NERF!!
Well here it is. I have canceled all but 2 accounts. And I have intentions of cutting it down to one. Then hold out for one of the new mmorpg. Once I have found one I will cancel my jedi account aswell. I hope everyone does the same or sony wakes up from the loss of revenue. I really love this game and always have but I'm tired of being beat up everytime I find something new to do. Asoon as anything works to well somone complains because they don't have or can't accomplish it aswell and they cry and sony NERFS.

Fact remains that almost every Star Wars licenses need only poor management to make good profit... SWG is an example among others !

I will be right behind ya if this new cloak nerf goes through im just tired of it we CRIED for powers to get fixed and now they nerf it. Im just sick of it...Total waste of my time so disapointed.

Well if it was not the fact that I have 2 accounts and they are both on game cards for the next month and a half I would have cancelled both of my accounts. I am just tired of nothing to do besides PVP. I have currently not logged into the game for roughly 6 days now and i really dont see me logging in anytime soon.
And in all honesty I am not going to sit here and B1tch about it because that seems to do no good except to get you flamed.
So I will just say this game has no content the only good thing about it is the voice comms server I am on with the other imps other then that this game is FuBaR and I guess I have reached the "End Game" for my toons.

dude, I do not know what to says I always trusted SOE, DEVs, but now I do not know, go to BH forums... check thier Issue Stiekies... they do not have more then 1 one single Issue that got fixed a whilie back with thier power... otherwise they are one houndred sure that they are well made... but us! HA! I think the best thing the DEVs can do is state a Jedi Revamp.

I am getting that way, bored out of my mind. Ive canceled my 2nd account and i am thinking about canceling my jedi account

We ask for fixes and they NERF us to death. Great business SOE, come 2006 you will have it rough when all the new MMO's come out. Good Luck. I also have 3 accounts that I am wasting money to pay for.

I'll tell you the truth, I will not miss having one less Jedi. BTW if you want SOE to get the point your never coming back, delete all your characters before you leave

That's where I turned to, and trust me that's pretty good.

I guess thats my real problem is that I used to play that game, I played the old version where you could only be a light jedi. I have read so much amd played so many star wars games. And I belive that SOE has decided to take up the Emp Jedi hunt and kill us off. But they should read more of the books. It was a jedi hunt, not a sith hunt. Note they want to call all of us jedi. All sith since jedi is a religion not a class use the darkside and with all evil they fight ea other aswell, but all the sith that sided witht the emp was accepted and the killing of one of the emp's sith brought great attention. The FRS was the only thing that seperated us and the ability to hunt light or darkside toons should have to do with what faction you are. but that is another subect.. SOE stop trying to hurt the most devoted customers you have! Us Force Users!

I think most people have cut their accounts down to just the one now. Just shows the lack of faith we have just clinging on in there
