Thread: One very happy Jedi : )
Wow! I must say Mustaphar looks much better than i had thought it would. The quests seem really interesting as well. I kinda got greedy at first though and grabbed all the quests before i went out to explore, now im a little confused , I have too many stories going on at once lol. I was attacked by two jedi bandits of some sort , wow that was so fun ! I can already see that mustaphar will be a fun place to go to fight stuff even after I complete all the quests .
2 Thumbs up For SOE Developers!! Trials of Obi Wan Rocks!

I agree. ill give them a 8/10 on this one
the rewards should have been better - for a jedi intensive planet im not seeing a whole lot of jedi items available
/sniff thats right rub it in for ppl who havent got it

I hear ya mate, i reckon Mustafar is awesome. Im loving the new quests and the way they have been implemented with the little pop up windows when you complete portions of the quest, the whole planet, the atmosphere, the npc's that have dialogues!! Ive spent the whole day there and I have to say except for my skiff getting disabled I've really enjoyed it.
the ToOW is really cool, Mustafar is nice and quests have really cool story lines. BUT ! the rewards from these quests are unuseful from what ive seen in BETA and live so far... The only thing useful is the lootable Jedi master cloak and those places are mega camped.
Cmon SoE give us Jedi some love plz !
Fix the Lag then maybe it would even be playable. I have over a gig of ram 256mn ddr agp Gcard and I still lag thier. Only place I lag like that. Well Kash is still laggy too but kinda playable.

Well you have me beat on specs and im not lagging at all . You may want to try updating your video driver or maybe Direct X from microsoft website .
Try checking for programs running in background also this will pull on your processor . Same as will spyware from adult websites : )
I'm having fun. I just hate that the loot campers are already there and pitching tents.
Not to repeat myself, but I wish they had mission terminals to control that...something like the old Auk. terminals so the looting made sense.
I would go so far as to say that wild spawn loot should be turned off in order to force people to loot through missions.
Maybe I'm too harsh...

Yeah it is laggy, been that way since beta. But try going into your options and turning off (shimmer something?) lol sorry can't remember exactly what its called. It helps some. System memory is also a bit thing, believe it or not your graphics card is #3 down on the list of important hardware when it comes to running an MMO. #1 is your CPU, #2 is system memory, use nothing less than 512, but 1gb or more is usually preferrable. This info is all from MaximumPC, they had an article regarding MMO's a few months ago.
I liked it a lot as well.
There are actually some pretty nice loots you can get. Crystals to increase offense, defense, armor break defense, protection from DOTS, and more. The timers on their use are nice as well.
Some other good stuff too.

set your graphics in your launchpad to 1.1 override you wont have the lag issue and it will not take away from game graphics unless you like the heatshimmer and bloom lag.
