I can't decide which is better. Yes, I already know that no matter what, my saber isn't going to be pre CU quality (yes, I actually beleived the "destroy your sabers to keep your ADK" banter pre CU, so I lost my pre CU sabers).
Anyhow, no matter what I craft, I can't figure out if it's better to have an extra +20 to dmg or an extra +20 on DPS. Can anyone lend some advice????

Seems that if they just made theSAC 100 on all sabers that pre CU and post CU sabers would be more in line with each other.

Damage is king, and dont ask jedi which is better if you want real answers on crafting. Go to the weaponsmith forums. These guys are cluess when it comes to crafting. (not all)

Damage is the direct range of what amount of base damage your weapon inflicts. DPS is an estimate of the damage your character will do in a second. The damage will ultimately be more useful to you, but dont count the DPS out completely (it has its uses)

atm DAMAGE! if its Sabers we are talking about. Our Speed is bugged soo DPS is useless!

example: 721 dmg, 747.5 dps, 1.19 speed
OR
759 dmg, 718.5 dps, 2.0 speed

My saber is kinda crap right now. I have a FC of 20 and 550 max damage. Assuming speed doesn't matter due to bug would you say its better to change out crystals/pearls to get max damage up 595 if FC will go to 28?

Based on those numbers it appears you are using dif pearls in each saber. What is the FC of each of the sabers in your example?

Saber 1
550 max dmg 20 FC
Saber 2
595 max dmg 28 FC
I dont have two different sabers as this is more of changing my pearls to reduce FC. Which saber is better to use? I have tried it with the 20 FC and its pretty good on saving force power. Im just wondering if the difference in FC won't be worth the damage increase.

saber speed is broke anyway. damage probly but don't neglect force cost and sac.
