Ok just wanted to check and see if it is me that is having a huge run of bad looting or if anyone else is noticing a pattern too. Just spent the last 2 days(since after reset yesterday) and I have killed over 160 Krayts myself and only 2 pearls. Is it my bad luck? I smell SOE personally. Please tell me it has just been a very bad streak. I know there are dry spells but nothing like this one.

By the way day before yesterday everything was running great but since restart..........

I've been experiencing very poor pearl drop rates on Bloodfin as well.

I have noticed this as well but ONLY at the Krayt Graveyard.
a couple of other guys and I hunted random spawn Krayts and found 5 pearls last night. Same with a couple days ago.
It appears to me that the loot drop rate was reduced at the graveyard (probably to reduce farming).
Try hunting the random spawns. For some reason it feels like the random spawn rate is definetly up as we saw tons last night. We never had to go more than 2 min without finding another one.

I don't hunt in the graveyard and don't know how possible/likely it would for SOE to reduce drops in one spot and not all of them. My guildmates have said they also have seen reduced drops in pearls. I am on Chilistra btw.

My only thought is that it wouldnt be too bad as the Krayt graveyard is a static spawn. Not sure though.

where are the random spawns centerally located? I went out looking the other night but only found 2 krayts outside of the graveyard, both in the south-east corner of tat

I also have been experiencing intermittent drops, everything will be going fine, kill say 3 krayt get one pearl one scale and nothing on the third, at this point a sequence of nothing follows untill I decide to just leave and forget it.

i always notice some between jabbas palace and the valley of the wind (area enclosed to all but south side by mountains in south west quadrant)

Went to check it just now. Looted 3 pearls, 1 +143 tissue, 1 mandalorian intraframe in 7 kills. All tuned to 45 or less

i killed over 160 in 3 day period and got no pearls....nada so id say something is definately wrong
