Thread: ok..i played test center most of night..and i have a review...

well....
lets keep this short and sweet,
First you start off in a exploding space station. You pick from your professions..(i picked jedi to see what i will be facing) Then c3po starts chatting with you explaining things....
after you talk to a medical droid you will shoot some crates...
The combat is like this....click your left mouse to fire...right mouse button is for specials. You just keep clicking away until the enemy blows up.
then Han solo will lead you to the falcon but first u gotta kill 3 stormtroopers. This combat was actually fun. I had a cheap little gun, but the faster i clicked the faster i fired. The view i had was adjustable. You could zoom out and get the normal view you have now.after killing the stormtroopers i had the pleasure of the falcon bug. I figured out how to get past that...(run to top left of ramp...hit number lock so toon keeps running and hit P for datapad...surf web awhile and it will eventually kick in)
then u get loaded to a space fight...space is as normal as ever, then to a space station. There you will do some various quests and i would say within 10 minutes i had my jedi padawan robes...(that wont go over well)
Actually...everyone there was wearing paddy robes...lol. Anyway...after that han solo took me to mos eisley and i did a mission for the speeder and logged off.
keyboard had you moving around..mouse was to attack....and here is the kicker...
i played for about 3 hours and almost filled up the first pie.....lol. I was cl10. I would say if it is all like this, it wont matter if you are full temp now, it wont take long to be a full jedi anyway. Leveling was very quick.
I will admit..i kinda liked the combat. Its a fresh change. I feel like i am actually shooting.
the view is kinda like morrowind. It is adjustable however. everything was 1 click..(ex: getting in/out of speeder) and the graphics were cleaned up. I am actually getting a little thrilled about this. Though, i have been here awhile and i have learned to wait and see...

getting lvls wil be fast till u hit about 15-20 then i imagine the xp will come in slower

Sure the combat isnt too bad, but thats not the bad part. I believe the bad part is all the other stuff ex: jedi starter, only 9 professions, cant change professions... thats the bad part

i think its better that you can't change proffs...well kinda.....expands other Galaxies for peoples alts

LOL that means nothing and that is a very noobish statement, I have been playing far longer then my registration date, and i know im not the only one

ok...let me reply..though i usually refrain from it. I have played SWG for 1 and a half (maybe a little more) years. I always browsed the forums but never registered. I...by far....am not a n00b. Though i am not the oldest player here. I think most players that are older than I am have pretty much moved on due to the problems SOE has had or sold their accounts..lol.. Anyway...your remark was kinda lame...so lame that it didnt even get a real responsive feeling out of me. This post was to help peeps that couldnt get on to see it ...so if you dont have anything well to add....keep your dumb comments to yourself. And thx for all the support i recieved.
