any one use these alot fighting MBH/MCM and how well do they work?

i got attacked by a MBH/MCH the other night and had poison and fire ticking for over 250 a pop, never had that befor and am looking for somthing to counter it. i have never had a problem befor but the ticks were always alot lower, but i must say this guy had compleat control of his temp and new what he was doing, wich is rare.

i know about jaar but am out of pre cu 17fil stuff and the 50 fill is kinda usless. i usually run a little and heal up and apply my sap and stuff and just wait for his mind or action to go, just wait him out.

any thoughts?

root, run and log. Or root, run , plant house, wait for his buffs to wear off then fight.

Swimming in water is good for the fire...or at least has been good for me...things have changed so much since I started playing that I am no longer entirely sure what works anymore.

As for the poison, I usually ignore it with my heals. Sorry I can't help more there.

Ive used durindfire, it works pretty well. It makes the damage tick a little more bearable plus it makes it hard for the BH to reapply the Fire dots. There is one for poison as well. Cant remember name but I fought a good BH with these 2 foods and had no problems.

trimpian works well also for fire . . .and those 250 ticks are nothing...i had 394 on me the other night.... of course i forgot the trimpian.

I ran to the water to put it out too but it didnt work and then it kept telling me "cannot attack while swimming" even when i wasnt in the water. . .

I found a cure poison drink called Jaar...it works well but i cant find anymore of it.

yeh jaar is now 50+ filling so most chefs dont make, the pre cu stuff if u can find it is only around 20 fil and u have to buy it already as a single.

i had the same bug on talus, it seems to only happen on talus to me, so i just dotn go there anymore

I'm hesitant of going in water though, fought a mbh/mcm and that's exactly what he wanted. Second I got in the water +root+ and he really laid the damage on me.. since ya can't heal while swimmin... I don't touch water anymore, even when just force running from grind lair to grind lair.

I use Ithorian Mist, I'm not sure if it works, it used to work great after the CU, but now it seems CM's apply fire so much I'm not sure.

i never run and log, have always stood my ground, if i do run it just to heal up mind wich rarly happens, than run right back into battle. i luv to fight the bhs and test my skill and there temp. so i can learn, thats why i wanted to ask this question.

this guy was just plain good and like i said its rare. when the fight is finaly over i always go and get NPC or fatcion missions so i can get vis. back.

i found some 11 fill.....and from your post i assume this is pre-cu stock. . .
