Thread: Was Force Cost/Regen nerfed?

I have. I wear cloak whenever I step out of my house. Last night I cloaked, ran up the street (about 200 meters) to the city hall to vote for mayor and ran by 1 (one only) person. I was down 2000 force points by the time I got back in my house! I was outside for ... oh ... can't be more than one or two minutes tops. So I checked my radar -- nobody there -- and proceeded to sit in my house cloaked and watch my force bar. Since nobody was nearby I shouldn't have used any force to maintain my cloak .. but I was still losing 150-200 points every 10 seconds or so.
Now, seems to me there are onlytwo possibilities. Either this is some kind of nerf/bug or I had about 35 riflemen under cover right outside my house. Since my house is in a small and new village that had nobody in it and I hadn't logged in for several days I kind of wonder at the 35 riflemen theory ... some could have been jedi cloaked I suppose, but FRS is down so I'm not buying that one either.

Just a tip, you can force rifleman to break cover while cloaked, just get within their bubble and it pops. Helpful for those blue dots that zoom up and poof. Very funny when they keep crawling trying to sneak up on you, even after you break their cover lol. A+ for effort on their part tho.

Well 8 of them could have been in a group but the other 27 would have immediately caused cover to break for both sides
Then I thought I was losing force because of the group I was in...Got killed by pikets quite a few times that day, so I left group in frustration.
Glad its not just me then

It is stuff like this that I do not play on my Jedi anymore...when they fix jedi I'll be back, until then I will continue to use my bh and buy more adk's for his armor.
I posted about this in another thread.
I did testing last night and with the robe on it took me 29 seconds to regen from a single use of force aura, with the robe off it took me 29 seconds to regen from force aura.
I also ran my macros and my force couldnt regen back to full just standing still not touching anything lke it did before pub23.
So as you can see the regen is still screwed up but the extra 250 force might come in handy for about 20 seconds as the force cost seems to be about 3x higher than it was before pub 23.

Nearly every Jedi I've talked to has said same thing. And I'm nearly getting killed by BHers that I used to have DBed in less than 5 minutes. I used to solo CL86 krayts no problem, last night it took 5k of force to take down just a canyon krayt and I was with another full template Jedi who was having same problem. Normally I can tank these things with very little healing if any, and very light force use. Now these things messing me up, I have to continuesly heal, and my force, action and mind pools are so messed up it's GAMEBREAKING.
SOE, something is VERY wrong and Jedi are being killed by BHers becuase of it. The BHers know this and are hunting in full force now. I had 3 in 4 hour span last night. Thankfully, I haven't been killed yet, but I cannot take them down anymore. Every BH untill now, I've either DBed, or they dropped mission. Now my force and defenses are so messed up, I don't want to risk it.
