Thread: New Robes

ok, i like that they put the hoodies in! i personally would make them a little different looking, but this is a nice touch.

two oversights however:

1. you can't wear it w/ jedi robes (which is ok for me, i don't use those gay robes anyhow)

2. you can't put bio-e enhancements in them!

come on devs, i know number 1 is a bit of coding to work, but number 2 should be easy

So anyone got any pics of the 5 new robes in the .tre files of the last publish? I'm really interested in seeing what they look like.

I doubt anyone does, your not even suppose to go into those files, meaning we should not even know about the robes.

I could give you the pic's when they come up with a public .tre file decompressor that has a proper GUI. SOE changed the compression format after publish 18

Anybody else agree that the new robes should look different to the curent knight ones? That way people who already have a knight robe - can have something to set them appart from all the new people (Like the current knight titles that will be gone with the FRS).

There are already custom robes in the game. Force regen CAs

Do you honestly think that because you're a pre CU jedi you're better? the only thing setting you apart is the nerfed pearl drops. Grow up, theres no need for a 'Im better than j00' attitude towards post CU jedi.


As a point, no I am not a post CU jedi.

Sorry.. I'm from a time when there where VERY few Jedi in the game.. when PvP consisted of 1 Jedi in a group of 20! Infact, never more than 2 or 3 Jedi in an entire battle. And - I got Jedi to be different, not uber.


Jedi is a joke, people go from nothing to full template in 2 weeks! At least the knight title sets me appart.. but that will go if they ever replace the FRS.


I'm sick of people calling me an "Exploiter".. I ask why - And they say - Your a Jedi with no master badges.

Thank you! This debate has been fought over and over again but in the end we are all playing the same game and pay the same amount. There should be no difference between those who unlock pre or post CU because frankly there shouldn't even be a care about this topic...

You cant go from nothing to Jedi in two weeks.. If you grind 24/7 in a good AoE group you can get the xp for jedi in 2 weeks yes, but you still have to wait the 18 weeks for all your unlocks.


Im curious, if you have no master badges are you one of the jedi who had their bio/badges wiped?
