Thread: So Squad Leaders can hit a FULL TEMPLATE JEDI for over 4000 damage now!

Edit: PSG's and steak really reduced the effectiveness as well.

aura suggests that the guy you were killing had more than the standard, so maybe thats why you were hitting for less..
still, 2k is pretty major.. no jedi can hit that hard. Its more than twice as hard as we can hit for, and almost 3 times harder than we can hit with no armorbreak..
For the love of Pete (who is Pete anyway), this was an example of the *perfect* LD shot. I have my doubts of the SL abilities used here, as we can't see them! See my post in the original thread.

Im Pete, and don't drag me into this.
That 2k damage is two times the damage than when i was mrifle/mbh/npistoleer. I would hit for 1k to500 damage on jedi.
Had upper stims, ruby, armor, psg, a super great rifle 1309 damage pup with 345 base dps wihich later on broke on me but i don't care i have another rifle 1285 pup and sold the other upper rifles.
All my marks said i hit hard.
The way the buff from sl works nowmake hunting jedi more easyer unless when they attack a mark they both lose sl buffs but how can people say that .
Everyone is afected by this pvp ,duels and bh marks.
2k damage is riduculous.

im sorry, but no profession should have an attack that does 7000 damage. thats rediculous.
i dont understand how people can even argue for this
Some of those screenshots are a bit sketchy, I'm not saying whether or not this is a problem, just that the screenshots that have been posted have been very shrewd.
From what I hear the BH TEF takes most of those buffs away from BH's that have SL in tow, same deal applies with Jedi that have SL helping them. This probably doesnt apply to duels or GCW which is why some of the screenshots posted have such high numbers.
The first example you posted the guy absorbed only 853 damage out of 5334, so that screenshot is pretty worthless.
The second screenshot was much better with the Jedi absorbing half the damage. But the second screenshot is from last ditch which lands only about 15% of the time.Not only that but the template in the second one seems a bit odd. Does that template even have MBH in it?
Here's a third screenshot taken from the BH forums, and my concerns about it. Maybe some people in this forum can make some sense of it also.

2. Also I dont know much about Jedi armor, only from what I see when I fight them. I dont see any icons for force aura, what skill did this jedi activate? I see he has force speed, inspiration, and food/drink? Is that right? Maybe the food one was force armor, I'm not too familiar with it. But the fact that the Jedi's armor only absorbed 689 damage out of 2962kind of suggests he doesnt have very good defense...
3. This was a BH coming for a Jedi, and not just a duel right? (maybe the original poster can answer)
4. If it was a BH coming for the Jedi... there was 15 seconds between when he aimedand when he actually tried to shoot a sniper shot. During that time the Jedi did not do anything.
