I'm not wasting my time by dling this file but I can probably give a guess on what it is

Pre-CU or Pre-9

Either use the freakin search engine or just don't post it please. There are posts like these every day and yet you can't choose one particular one to post in? Oh no, that's not good enough for you. You wan't a new post to be sure everyone sees it and join you in your drama queen moment.

If I am right then I have to laugh. Mostly all the pre-CU people are looking to be the same heehee

I responded to this same thread in another forum... and this video is ALL wrong. SWG was great BEFORE the Holocrons and Jedi explosion. That was when it was fun... more PvP, more PvE... large complex battles requiring real strategy and talent. Now, and after the Jedi popped up in force... is/was one guy running into a pack of enemy, and laying them all down with a saber. Lame.

And no, I'm not a Jedi or Bounty Hunter... and no, I've never fought a Jedi. I don't like what they've done to this game (no offense to the Jedi... your attitude didn't ruin it... your mass population did).

- I support fixing the real issues, and not creating more new ones.

All I saw was a bunch of fight club jedi dancing, and ganking any overt that came out to give them a fight.

yes we know pre-cu. Its dead bro and may it R.I.P. SWG has become a better place when the cu came out!

Too often players and the devs have a mindset that professions should be balanced with 1 on 1 pvp in mind. This mindset is ruining the game. The benchmark for balance should be determined by the role a profession plays in a group setting. As long as the current mindset continues we will never see uniqueness among the professions, nor will we ever see individuality within a given profession. We will never see the SWG universe expanded as the focus will only ever be balance pass after balance pass after balance pass.

Not mine. all the friends and guild buds that ive been playing with for 1.5 years now, save one, all like it better now. And the one that hated cu quit long ago when it first came out. But thats just my close circle of friends that i know so i cant speak for my server as a whole. But then again most of the people i run across while out grinding seem to enjoy themselves.

Many vets have been returning and those who leave usually don't have a post of "The CU can go to hell" in fact, the reasons why most of our vets leave is cause they have done everything and the game lost its lust ((Like most people feel aftering playing an MMORPG for so long)). Some vets left at the launch of the CU ((Or at least claimed)) but many of those vets returned while the so called elite PvPers remain to continue their PvPing ((Trying to get Imperials to strike back! YAH!!!)). So yeah, mixed feelings, not failure. Get over it and move on felipz...

i agree with you pvp is straight up lame. But it was lame pre-cu too. The same crap is happening just with a new twist to it.
