Thread: I think we need to get this forum under control or it will be the death of jedi by our own hands.

Lets take a look at what we are doing to each other. This has got to stop.
Jedi calling for nerfs on other jedi that i have seen on this forum. Going to list just a few i have read.
1. Nerf pre cu sabers.
2. Remove adks on saber so pre cu pearls go to crap.
3. Move cloak to master.
4. Nerf stasis. I am guilty of this one and the morei thought about it i take it back. Sorry i ever brought it up.
5. Nerf defender.
6. Nerf force run.
7. Nerf force drain.
8. Nerf cloak.
9. Nerf saber throw in the master box becuase those of us that don't want to master sabers, don't have a ranged knock down.
10. Nerf aura.
11. Nerf powers area intimidate.
Jeez i could go on forever, there are a ton more but i think you get my point. If you think jedi is weak now just think if half the nerfs being calledforby jedion other jedi got published.

yup... because the idiots who went MPowers decided that since they have nothing by way of defense the only way they can be useful is if no one else is allowed to have any defense.
the stupidity of some people is astounding. they pick templates and expect to be uber because thats the template they want and that anyone with a template designed to counter their own should be nerfed to hell.
maybe they should create a new forum offense

seriously all the nerf cries a crap. It's all because of players who don't want to lose or because they are so mad at the game right now. I still call for merging all the jedi profs into one tree. It'll stop our in fighting.

i've lost 3 successive times to bh's... the only thing i'd cry about that is /bug because of endlessly area healing the droids they use to tank. other than that... it's life

Consider people's ages of course... I think the problem we see on these boards is that children that can't have something instinctively fight for others not to have it as well, rather than trying to convinceothers that they are deserved as well. Not a good excuse, but explains the hostility here.
Jedi is the only combat prof where we compete against each other, rather than work with each other. For examples, I seriously doubt in the Pistoleer forums you will find posts about MPistol temps crying for nerfs to the Adv Stopping Shot timers, cause they are too long as compared to what is available to the dabblers. Nor will you find Riflemen bickering over the unfair advantage a 65m range is in combat.

This is exactly the way the BH forums looked back when you have to master Marksman and Scout. It took people up to one year to grind out MBH only to find out that it had the lowest defenses of any profession. That's whats happening here except we are dealing with 400 million XP templates instead of 10 million XP templates so the anger is dialed up a bit.

The difference is that the MBHs were all WITH each other in complaining about one thing... an improvement for their profession. Here, all we do is cry to nerf each other.... definitely not the same thing.

Add in how everyone ELSE is crying to nerf us and it's easy to see how we got to where we are. The devs really screwed this one.
