Thread: is Master Defender worth the hassle now?

i have got to Defender 4-4-4-4, and can no longer tank lol, is it really worth the hassle getting master?, we were in a group which i=had a master defender, meand 6 other lvl 80 jedi's and we all died on a lvl 80 mission. .


the amount of states we got was rediculous, and also some of the missions had an amazing spawn of 3 creatures lol.

Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.

Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
Anakin: hmmm.... Sharpen my lightsaber on younglings...... hmmmmmm.....
Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

i would like to no also since i am only a new jedi and have decided to go mDef........ i have only turned jedi a few weeks and somehow im not looking forward.........

Honestly none of usknow what to think.


SOE honestly enjoys changing aspects of the game that affect it's entirety. They're changing SWG into something completely new and different, and none of us care much for it.


Is Master Defender good? No, Is Force Run good? Is Cloak good? No, the only thing you have going right now is snare, and damage, kill them before they kill you.


I'm sorry you're at this template crossroad, but then again it seems a lot of us are going to have to heavily modify our templates, I don't think 2000 Healer will cut it anymore....


I don't really know what to say, I'm just not even going to bother in for the next couple of days, it'll probably give me some time to rethink SWG.

whats a girl to do ...seems a shame for ppl who are only reaching jedi at this stage ...i have been playing nearly 2 years and as many cheats as there wer in cs you could still have a decent game or ne other game for that matter ...hum

my thoughts exactly, you just get used to the CU, and start to settle down, then BOOM!!!, another drastic change that affects the validity of the template you were working towards. and it always seems to happen when i come close to mastering one of the forces lol, maybe i should just stay novice all the time

at least ye would never have to change ye template you could just accept you were shoite and leave it at that


if soe giv it long enough theyll get there jedi nerf tbh everyone would just quit , but no doubt theyll bring out another game we can get addicted to and nerf on an on an on ..and so on

sorry man, but Mdefender was only worth for pve tanking due to AI...not anymore....


I droped Mdefender and now im just 4040, and honestly...its the best thing i've done imho.

haha no seriously im quite pissed that ive spent so much money on this stupid game between me and my bf living ere we have 3 jedi and several alts rofl and theres not 1 of em i can honestly say now i would bother logging on to play cause ,well youve seen yourselves with another publich comes a mass of complaints
