I know other professions can take advantage of exploiting the cooldown timers but to me their speed is working properly...

Also....if and when pearls and crystals and the speed bugs are fixed....look out. Lots of Jedi who learned to fight and win with inferior weapons are going to be rock solid pvpers. woot!
2 things: I've tuned OVER 100 crystals/pearls. Come to Shadowfire, I'll show you a house full of nothing but bad tunes.
Secondly: Speed is broken for non-Jedi as well
When that's fixed, they will get better as well

why? Because with many Jedi.....the lack of quality resources (pearls and crystals) has reduced our only weapon to a barely functional shadow of what it should be.
I agree that many new 'spinnner' Jedi need to learn their templates and gain experience fighting pvp. But in the same vein.....many BH have inflated kill rates based on fighting opponents who have inferior weapons.

my saber is 525-622 max damage, 22 force cost. I was a pre-CU Jedi, yet 3 of the 4 pearls in my saber are post CU. Please don't use the "we don't have pearls" excuse. Most Jedi want to finish their template and go straight to pvp. Like I said, spend time (months) looking for pearls and crystals and you'll find the ones you need.
