I don't have any armor but I do wear my master pilot helmet from time to time. What do you mean by jedi armor? Jedi cannot wear BH armor and attack people with a lightsaber and force powers.

Oh yes they can, i have screenshots of jedi with BH armor on using force powers/saber attacks in pvp. I just need to find a site to host them.....

Yeah it's the pre CU stuff that they can wear.

Or it is the Black Sun Helmet. All of the BH armor I have on my alt is either crafted or can't be worn because it must be used to make Mandalorian Armor.

It cant be pre-cu stuff a si have that "pre-cu stuff" and i cant wear mine.... /ponder

However, i have noticed some BH Armor whcih is described as a "Container" for sale on some vendors..

IF they still have some of there old temp left, either bh, commando, or sl then they can wear it, how they are going about pvping is beyond me.

Maybe with the advent of the CU, they got rid of that rule, and you can do force stuff with armor on, and maybe he just never unequipped it when he finally dropped the skill. Has anyone done a test like this.

No, the BH armor they have on isn't considered armor, it's statless like Nightsister armbands

Ok, the BH they are wearing is the looted pieces from Blacksun, not the stuff made from the schematics. If you had looted BH armor from pre CU then if you de-construct it you can wear it. What you do is you DRAG AND DROP the pieces from your inventory onto the picture of yourself in your inventory screen (on the right hand side). There are no stats, the looted pieces count as CLOTHING and they do not interfere with force powers.

This is not an exploit. I know considering I've had CSRs appear at least once a day when Ive worn the stuff...it got to the point where the CSR would appear and say "Oh, you again, nevermind" and leave. It is all purely cosmetic, and is great fun for roleplay purposes.
