I think they are revamping the whole jedi skill trees........ I think that they will just reset everything no matter how high up you are, bad idea, yes, but i dont see how else they could do it though....maybe they will just restart the jedi, but you keep all your total jedi exp maybe?

I'd leave if they reset me.

I don't think I've ever posted anything like this before, but I've spent so much time and effort to get to where I'm at now... if they reset me, I'd cancel, and probably end up spending a few grand on a good shrink.

dude, i totally feel you, but with the new system being put in, they are making it seem like getting jedi is the easiest part, but after knight is the real grind....... or..... the 4444 guardians will be the new crystal grinders

They won't reset everyone.

If they were going to do this, they would have simply disabled Jedi to begin with.

Don't panic. No resets will happen.

they probably will make you visit some jedi master npc to transfer xp or whatever so to another char?

restart char? probably.

lost all xp? definately wont happen

Of course they won't set jedi back to 0. All MMORPG marketing people knows that players hate losing their character's progression. *If* they do something it might affect those in the guardian tree. They might for example merge the apprentice / guardian tree into a knight tree, so that 4-4-4-4 guardians right now will have become jedi knights next instead (where they become PvP enabled to the opposing faction).

Just the thought makes me sick... I'm almost done with the whole grind after months of hard work and if they strip me i will be cancelling all 3 of my accounts and playing nothing. I'm so sick of these MMO's changing everything in the game as they go along.

If they do such a thing i cancel my account aswell and buy never SOE products anymore, I worked my butt off for jedi where i am now.

...Does anyone read?? How did I know someone would post something panicky like this? OH wait I know, because they don't read...and comprehend...it states rather CLEARLY that there are still 2 SLOTS...that the second slot will unlock, and the player can choose to do with it what they will...make your jedi on that slot...or make another alternate character while you pursue the force on your main...now please read and comprehend...that is what it said...it means you don't get reset...it means 4/4/4/4 guardians, after our revamp, will be able to go for master...it means that they listened to us to a degree, and made it so that when you begin the path of the jedi, after unlocking, you won't be forced into pvp...but when you reached Padawan, (which is clearly stated in the note) you will have forced pvp, as it is now from initiate up...so we get what we wanted new jedi won't get harassed, and Padawan's and up will fight for their right to exist in this world that hates and fears us.
