Thread: The REAL problem with Jedi since the CU

Well basicly Jedi now suck in a different way compared to Pre CU
We had alot less Jedi, and the majority of the finished templates pre CU learnt how too play their Jedi properly by grinding and constantly being ganked by Knights wanting FRS (old school) the majority of jedi were ganked/clone camped and got use too the sh!t, the majority of us got better and understood that the profession is a pain in the asz. Now the CU Comes and makes it easy for anyone too get jedi grind a full template and completely suck at the profession, now since everyone can have a Jedi and cry over 500 jedi xp lose or whatever ,hey i was cloned camped till i breached the cap at -11,900,000 mill exp and the CSR didn't fix it or bruce economy, the CU made it easy for me too grind back so it did it. Wow this game sucks nOW! . . . lol
they made this game too easy and look all these people still complaiing bout it wow...

yes we all know Pre CU Jedi had it worse than Post CU Jedi. Everyone knows this. The game evolved and now it's easier/faster to get a Jedi. Accept it and move on.

i dont care that its easier or whatever i dont care, im just saying everyone complains like theyre getting punished ingame i mean come on the CU was enough punishment for us all lol-

this is different from any other game how? We play a game that has a ton of lil kiddies on it. They whine....a lot.

I think a game should be about fun and enjoyment itdoesnt have to be hardtobe enjoyed, you can be the best or you can be the worst and still enjoy the game. The world may come to an end tommorow enjoy it while its still here.

that's how I feel about it too. People get so worked up about people complaining on these forums and in game. WHO CARES? I enjoy the game and that's all that matters.

Pfft. This is total BS. A Jedi's Skill is determined by how he does in PvP. I know plenty of post CU Jedi that /pwn. The time period a Jedi Unlocked is irrelivent to his skill. And if you want to go that direction Pre CU Jedi did not have to work half as hard to get good pearls / crystals. I know because I used to be a krayt farmer pre CU and its 10X harder now. Yes the Jedi Grind is alot eaiser now but its made up for in the time it takes a new Jedi to get pearls/ Crystals.

what r you talking about ? you know how lucky you'd have too be too get 4 50,50 neg 9 pearls? , i did after like 500+ krayts lol

I am getting sp tired of the old "post-CU Jedi have no skill/havenot worked for Jedi/are no real Jedi" BS that is going on. As far as I see it the current Jedistate was created by the older Jedi (yes, I am one of the so hated post-everything Jedi). Jedi are weak now? Well, yeah because older Jedi abused their power. No FRS? Yes, because older Jedi exploited it to a point where it had to be removed.

i gotta say anyone who disagrees with quebecs post here is talkin out there anus, i may not be the best in pvp but then i never have been in any game, thing is tho i know my jedi and his skills like the back of my hand and i know how to use it, try grinding over 30 mill jedi exp all solo and off the terms.
post CU = 90% of your exp afk killing ferral wookies, ok its changed a bit now but still how easy is it in groups spinnin on lairs.
Pre CU = never use force around others or have saber equipped, get 2 missions, stop 30m away from your 1st mission wait for everythin to appear on screen, make sure theres no npc's if not equip saber and do mission, if there is drop mission and go to next,
oops i see a blue/purple dot come flyin through while i'm killin, sabers off so i dont get vis phew lucky that time.
of course thats after a few pointers about how vis is gained were published, before that i'm out grinding on a low lvl jedi, BH comes with some mates who can all attack me, bam dead, doh no doc on i gotta clone thats another 200k loss for cloning. Go get rebuffed get more missions to work off the 400k loss or so i just made (btw 400k exp then would take 5-6 hours to get back), so buffed up again set off to missions start killin doh another bh and cronies, dead again, wonderfull thats 800k lost in less than half hour.
not even a knight anymore

It wasnt an exploit and that was confirmed by csr's. so many people were completely open about there fightclubbing so how were we not banned for so say exploiting?
Besides anyone who didnt fight club do you even know how hard it was to accomplish? many of us had between 4 and 10 accounts logged on 1 computer at a time to do it, not to mention the stress and bad feeling amongst us.
Anyone who cared about progressing in the game and getting there jedi as far as they could knew it was a fight against the clock, and so forced into the position of fight clubbing, dont get me wrong i dont condone it, but then blame the devs for implementing a borked frs in the first place, not the players who played the game schematics to reach the ultimate goal.
