Thread: I would never beleive all this rumor of a Jedi starting profession......but......??

Jedi as a starting profession? Don't be so silly right? How could they possibly do that?
Well, I wouldn't have believed it either, except ask yourself......why is glowy "bugged"? Something so fundamental to the game would have been fixed with a patch in a day or two....if they had wanted to fix it?
Remember Jabbas palace going AWOL for a few days? What was in Pub 24 that would mess up the code for Jabbas?
Anyone tried to do the Warren recently? That's "broken" too. Again...why? I know you don't NEED the warren, or Jabbasfor glowy, you can get the badges elsewhere, but all this makes me very suspicious that something MAJOR is going to happen with Jedi very soon.
Please prove me wrong devs, and fix the glowy system......but I don't think it's going to happen.

It was an erroneous claim on amazon.com ... not true.

That is what they claim. But maybe its something like a Jedi Revamp that cause the glowy bugs? Would make more sense than a damn starting proffession

Did you ever notice how theexamine window keeps re-loading when you look at someone? Maybe they are making it so when you start the game it will say your a jedi, and thats why it doest that now.....?!?!?!?!

Thankfully you jumped to the defense of the Devs, cuz lord knows they can't do it....
Listen, Tiggs was vague. VERY vague. She did NOT say that the Starter Kit was not coming out. She said Amazon's listing was an error. Which it was. The description was for KOTOR 2. This is typicaly Devspeak. Like when they get asked a specific question about a specific profession, and they answer the question with a vague answer like, "content is coming in November." Turns out it's not content for said profession, it's just TOOW. They didn't lie, but they didn't answer the question either. They deceive through their answers.
If there weren't a "Starter Kit" coming, there wouldn't be a Prima Guide for it. Whether it's part of a larger plan to drastically change the game is up for debate, but what's NOT up for debate is that SOMETHING is coming.

With no signature for who you are how can we know your a jedi and not some 3 month old (account age, that is)noob?

actually what he is elluding to is not far from the truth.
all this stuff comes from seperate posts having nothing to do with the starter thingy. jedis for everybody!melee classes are gone! came from what was it? some guys friends uncle? yeah that was it...on the myspace swg group forum... very reliable source there. just yesterday though i read that post from the guy who takes a devs credit card payment says everything is gonna be cool. who to believe? what to do?
and now they go and replace the box for the game on retail shelves.... you know what that means don't you? well abrahmms uncle's third cousin's dad filled me in!
