Seriously, title says it. i mean i was rank 3 frs, got knight shortly after village hit, came out, well nto shortly a few months. but i mean im pretty old jedi, and im not really complaining, gratned it sux, but y make a big deal out of this?

I don't get it either. The whole point of being a Jedi, for me, was to achieve the end-game profession with the rewards that came from months of grinding. Now we're a starter profesion who cares who gets the trinkets and the romper suits?

Exactly, well the robes will probably end being gotten by other jedi who grind out quests in game and a snitch in the office has already told me what the "crystals" are gonna be (dissappointing as usual).

Honestly, it's the fact that most people who have jedi (and even those who don't) have worked their asses off to perfect their characters in many many aspects and now it's all being flushed down the toilet becuase SOE wants to make money off of xbox gamers.

Were all going to be the same, and that sucks. The diversity of this game is what kept alive through the bugs and crap that we all went through and it's ALL being taken out in one foul swoop. Not to mention that they gave us a whole 14 day notice that this was going to happen.

Because Jedi is not going to be special anymore...every 6 year old playing the game now is going to get "elder" tacked on to the name within the next 2 weeks. Not to mention the fact that the whole jedi profession has been flushed down the proverbial toilet. Instead of being a special profession (one signifying hard work...[ lol or hard dollars if you bought off EBay] and a sense of accomplishment) it is going to be a common everyday profession like a cop or fireman. All to make more money for the corporate "fat cats". Sad...very sad.

Like i (and a few other people) said in other similar threads...elder title and buff are universal for all toons of all professions according to Tiggs FAQ. Read it. The only jedi only rewards are in the section that says something about a robe and a crystal. All this arguing about the elder status is flaming the wrong reward. So sad yet so funny.

first off thnx for backn me up valcyn w00t!

secondof allSakaba-Tou ur account was made in '05, so if you have jedi, dont preach to me about working hard. most havn't an idea of what i had to grind through, but i did. in fact search for Iopoo. this one guy hunted me day after day after day, and when i got mls, he made a congrat thread for me. do a search for Iopoo, its called something like "congrats on mls iopoo u finally made it!" i dont really care when most got jedi, i have accepted the fact that whethor or not the village came out, jedi was if not at, nearly the best prof in the game, depends on how you play it. personally i have gone through alot of pvp, more then most, and as time has gone on, i find pve to still be fun, the challenge of killing something which overpowers you. the determination, and the memory which you remember. this to me is the greatest challenge in the game, and i await the day of which i get bored of it. things you basically have to sit down and just accept it. FRS for example, i mean it never ceases to amaze me how many people want this back, after all the complaints to shut it down. and for the fc thing. never started till i hit rank 2. just max out ur frs xp, or just about, while ur rank 1, the 100 cost isnt that bad, and your able to get to 25000. get to that and its 5k from rank 3... not that hard. so call me what you want, i dont really care. but if you dont have something important to say in this thread thats not relative to the subject, please dont waste my, and other people's time posting.

Have to agree with you here Iopoo,

who freaking cares if you were pre-9.. pre-CU...pre-NGE

we all did what was required of us at the time in question

Even then how many of us will remain to reap the 'rewards'

of our work. The target audience of this game has been drastically

shifted away from it's current subscibers.
