SO many ways to start this, in fact the list or nerfing seems to grow and grow...why is that we can buy almost any other game and they lack on bugs, nerfs and exploits? Reminds me to just start playing another game and bring back what meant to be FUN TO PLAY A GAME!!! This IS A GAME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN AND IT SHOULD BE ABOUT HAVING FUN!!! Pay to play? If i'm having fun sure, heck I could buy another game and have actual fun...then why am I here whinning? Because STAR WARS is my hobbie I'm fanatic and being a Jedi was a dream that came true, but with all this garbage that just seems to be endless its really killing my fun experince...lets go over a small list...
1) I have seen and personally experimented PVP'in against very good standard professions and havent seen a diference in combat, if a standard profession player knows how to pvp you the jedi might be on the run even if he/she is not a BH, funny isin't it? Yes I thought Jedi were suppose to be 1 1/2 times stronger then a standard profession? Well maybe I'm missing some good pearls!!!
2) I have heard the things about the drops, people want the premiums and flawless ones to come back, well hey they might be out there but I haven't seen anyone getting those...ok then lets go with good drops and spend a fortune on credits for a bad tune which doesn't even help on the offensive, some players can manage to hold a good dmg on their saber while other suffer the death in combat or the FUN due to a standard cl 54 weapon doing as much and in most cases even more damage then their own saber, I also heard they are suppose to fix the way it works on the new expansion and possibly the FRS.
3) Lets not forget about our friendly BH's coming for our xp, yes they are a standard profession, and yes they spend a lot of credits to keep it up there with Jedi, but they just made their profession in days maybe even one if I tried hard enough with a good group all day, then all I need are credits, I also think their payout is a joke!!! So why bother? The thrill of the hunt is still there, but after being witness to many Jedi/BH fights those BH's can stand head to head with Jedi, Knights and in some cases even Masters, that is so not fair, Jedi spend countless hours grinding a template to make them strong, not an overall I win all the time but more of a WOW I can see and taste the diference from a Jedi compared to a BH coming for me, of course a Jedi might loose but not without a good fight, I always want to know why I lost? What did I do wrong? Is there any way I can IMprove the way I pvp? Some cases yes others no thanks to our friendly nerfs, its more like tough luck guys this is what we are giving to you make the best use of it!!!
4) And what about all those nice ca's? Are they working properly? At least the exp part is thak goodness, but now I'm hearing about speed possibly accuracy? I don't have much info on this but since drops are harder at least these should function properly to aid a Jedi in pvp/pve situations, you may not get a bang of damage but hey a lil speed and accuracy helps!
5) In a more general experince I don't see players having that...Yeah lets do it experince!!! anymore...to me this is the most sad thing about the game, all I see is help me grind my template so I can finish and goodbye...pre cu it was fun just adventuring in the wild hunting attacking healing using strategies helping others and being helped, people use to solo grinding but when people got together it was more interactive, now people group because there is no way around it so people group, but when they go hunting we can't just go out there, we need missions, that just got lame to me, it was nice to be in a group of people seeking adventure out there, thats what the MOVIES are based on...pure adventure!!! You never saw Mace Windu telling the council...hold on guys I need to get the senators sith mission so we can end this? Or even in the original...wait before we fight the imperials lets make sure we all get that endor mission to make it even!!! They just went out there and did it, play the classical game Jedi Knight;Jedi outcast 2, its awesome! You notice a diference you are put in the Jedi chair and become the Jedi you see in the back of the box!!! Makes you feel like you are stronger faster because you are!!!
I sure hope the NEW EXP will save this game from such horrific things that affect almost every profession especially the ones people like the most and the experience and adventure they seek, till then I will play another game without coughing money where I can enjoy what I see and not some marketing experience to get your money, yes the game isin't perfect doesn't have to be and having fun is what its about, good graphics and sound dont make up for a good game, its the content and especially when you have a staff who works on it, but wouldn't it be more interesting if people just spoke highly of SWG by knowing that people just like you who have had and continue to have a good experince to encourage others to join the fun?

I'd say that we need more high-level stuff, that will make the gaming a bit more fun.

really, I love the game. And I have so far not got bored one day, even after 14 months or so of continous playing.
Take for example yesterday. I have never been all that fan of PvP. Never been all that good either in PvP. Usually I find myself cornered and ganked. lol. Yesterday I grouped up tho, with some nice people on Bestine. And sure enough the rebels came! First we Lost a few times. Got sent to the cloner twice. Then for the next 2 hours we simply owned Bestine! Three times or so, we sent all the rebels to the cloner and back to Ancor Head
. Then the ownership for us was over. The rebels owned us again pretty pretty bad.
It was still 5 hours of PvP that went pretty pretty fast! And most of the rebels we encountered where pretty nice people too, sending good fights etc. When I left the PvP I was a little grumpy that we lost at the end. But overall this was a great experience.
I have learned one thing from SWG, and that is the fun in this game is what you make it till yourself!!
And I think I will do more PvP in the future! Maybe I will in the end become more skilled in PvP too!

Im kind of split. My biggest grip about the game is the low damage and the fact that it was stated fights between players shouldnt be longer then a few min. Maybe they should see some of the combat logs from my 45 min fight with a BH that pretty much ended in a draw when we both were so bored we couldnt take it any more.

Not so good since the CU, 85% of my friends quit playing so our guild is just usually me and a couple of others playing, sad really. Too stubborn to quit myself for some reason.

not bad so far, but... and I'm sure alot of people feel this way... Every time I think about improvements that could be made to the game, just basic stuff that should already be there, I always come up with lots of things, and it's sad that the devs haven't already thought of or implemented some of these things. But I keep the faith, patiently, and just play and have fun.
