Not sure how excited I am, but as long as I don't have to wait too long to try it out I'll give it a shot.

I did beta for the JTL and ROTW expansions and I have to say it was neat seeing it before others did.
I signed up for this one as well but my interest has wained since the CU and I'm not sure I'll be nearly as excited.

i never bought JTL because of the beta, i couldnt stand how that looked in beta, i was espicaly pissed when you werent allowed to change your axises on a joystick. So when i got ROTW it paid off because i got a free JTL.
BTW did they ever make so you could change the axises on your joystick?

do you mean if you can spin in circles? Then no. Only thing you can do with the stick is speed up, shoot and turn left right up and down.

You can spin in circles if you have a joystick that can rotate. Not sure if its mapable but my Saitek Cyborg EVO does it just fine. Twist the handle and your ship twists.

ill have to look into it. All i know is that during beta the Joystick was backwords from a normal flight simulator and that really pissed me off.
What i was looking for is the X axis to conroll Up/down pitch the Y axis to controll Twist, and the Z axis to controll Yaw and i couldnt do that for JTL beta and i really didnt feel like relearning how to fly

Ok, I suppose you mean I shouldn't say how I feel about it? Point taken I guess. I am only commenting I got my invite lol.
But, I am downloading it as we speak and who knows when I can start testing. Now? I guess we shall soon see!

last time i cheaked i think its against your NDA to even say you are in it, i would suggest reading things before you sign off to them. Did you know it even says you can be charged extra fees for playing the beta? i bet not

I just signed up like last week. I just got the invite tonight. Downloading it now.
I have had a current account for over two years now, since June 03' so I'm sure they take that into account. Or maybe I'm just lucky, but I have been selected for every Beta now. Can't be coincidence.
