Thread: Lightsaber Certification for CL80 Post NGE

This post is all based on the theroy that Pre NGE CL 80 playersconvert to CL 80 Post NGE.




With that on our minds, from what I have seen in theNew FS/Jedi skilltree:


At CL80 we would have Force Sensitive: Mastery III (requires CL 78), and half way to Force Sensitive: Mastery IV (requires CL 82).




If you look at Force Sensitive: Mastery I (requires CL ~70), you will see:


Rewards:


  • + Third Generation Lightsaber

  • + Two - Handed Third Generation Lightsaber

  • + Double -Bladed Third Generation Lightsaber

  • Niman Stance

  • + 5 Lightsaber Assembly

  • + 5 Lightsaber Experimentation


Where is our Certification: Fourth Generation Lightsaber?



Look at Force Sensitive: Mastery V (requires CL 86). There it is:


Rewards:



  • +Fourth Generation Lightsaber

  • + Two - HandedFourth Generation Lightsaber

  • + Double -BladedFourth Generation Lightsaber

  • SoresuStance

  • + 5 Lightsaber Assembly

  • + 5 Lightsaber Experimentation


According to this TRE file, that means we would have to grind a little under 4 million xpwith a Third Generation Lightsaber.

Well crap. I dont have any LS experimentation anymore :/


What I'm wondering about is, do I get the special items granted to those grinding the profession? Do I get the FS Backpack, crystals, etc, or do I get the shaft?

i guess i better go craft a 3rd generation.....that really sux alot..i used ALOT of rescources to make a perfect saber!

I would STRONGLYrecommend that everyone go craft aFEW Third Generation Lightsabers until we know for sure what CL we will convert to Post NGE.

Well this is bad news, i actually have 4 mil xp banked but i don't think it will transfer to NGE, could you Bac ask the devs about this?

Hey Bac what about jedi like myself that have 4mil xp banked already? If that gets taken away, that is seriously not cool.

Not good we can't use our tool of the trade as we use now or will our current 4th generation saber convert into less good 3rd generation?

Why not awarding the fulltemplated Jedi to begin at CL86?
