Thread: will they even need snare? MBH/MSL 1 shot incaps

These shots were posted by a BH/SL using volley fire which is basicly likea ranged armor break buff that lasts forever and the new mustafar weapons.
Ofcourse these weapons have probably not been balanced yet, but it looks like the bh/sl might be more of an issue then the weapons. Yes a SL can apply that buff to himself ungrouped. No jedi would have a chance vs two bh/sl which can still happen.
none of this means anything til it hits live but here's for hoping it never does.

SL mods are reported bugged, and I doubt that rifle will go live with those stats, that looks like a regular capped rifle with a damage powerup applied. And that guy in the chat saying "MSL/MBH/Rifles 4004" has something going, that might be a good template.

The weapons you get in beta are "best possible" meaning that the weapons are about capped. The skill itself can get you in excess of 6k dmg with the armor bypass.
I'm hoping they tune this down to around a solid 1200dmg.

I don't know about your server but the rifles on my server are not that much worse then what can be given off of the frogs in beta.
Also the test was done against someone with 4040 defender 3404 enhance, master saber and 4000 heal. which is probably the best tanking template in the game for jedi.
As a enhancer/saber 4040 healer I doubt I would last one hit with a weapon 70% as good as that one.
I also mentioned in my post these weapons have not been balanced and we all know SL revamp has not made it out of testcenter, but if no one complains then the devs might not think there is any issues.

Yes, It works like this.. Volley, then prone, activate called shot (which initiates tef), Aim, then Snipershot.. Im the Cofe person in the screenies

You should've seen it when he didn't use Aura, Nova.. 1-shot incapped him with ~3.5k damage.
