Thread: Knight Trials coming back in ToOW?

I have now heard from several beta testers that there are many beta testers in ToOW running around knight robes. Anyone know if Knight trials is turned on but not frs to make all whiners go quiet or is it cuz TC/Beta servers never lost frs/got knight trials disabled
Personally I wouldnt mind doing Knight Trials and be perma-overt even if FRS still aint activated just to wear the DJK robe

the FRS wasnt turned off in beta....im pretty sure its the same for TC
has nothing to do with the FRS coming back live

The old FRS has never been turned off on TC, and subsequently its not turned off in the Beta.
Its not going back onto the Live servers.

ok so...its been said that frs has nothing to do with new exp..but pub 24 comes at the same time..what if Th knight trials or FRS comes with pub 24 ... ?i seriously doubt its FRS tho i think its possible for the knight trials to come back...well that way the devs tecnically wouldnt had lie to us so.... wel.. no more to say >.<

How many times will people ask this question? We will know for sure when the FRS is ready and on its way, a DEV will tell us for sure. They love to blow their own trumpets and do you think they will let the FRS slip in the backdoor without a big session of back patting and advertisement? Personally i still think the FRS is the next expansion after ToOW and we will have to buy it

So it was BS when they said the reason it was switched off is because it was incompatable with the new combat system?

it may not have been BS, it's just they didn't disable all parts of it. (you just get a system message to go visit a shrine to start the knight trials)

People please, put two and two together...its coming back around the next expansion. Weve been waiting 6 months for the highlight of jedi. Its been stated in numerous chats that frs is coming back around the new expansion, and what better time for The Knight TRIALS, to come back witha jedi based expansion. It was also stated that we would have publishes every 3-4 weeks since the summer, we havent had a publish in over one month so this one is obviously large. Also it has been stated by devs that FRS will not be part of the expansion, but however there is a Publish (24) schedualed for right around ToOW. Would the devs put out a publish to fix issues with a new digital download expansion that can be fixed through installation??... I think not! If publish 24 wasnt FRS it would be applied way before the expansion, it make no sense to release a common publish along with the expansion..it would just cause more bugs! FACE IT PEOPLE FRS IS COMING!!

doubt it, all their testers are in toow, and if they were bringing back the frs in 24, wouldn't it be in the current TC build? Toow and 24 are supposed to launch at the same time, and I hardly doubt 20 days (if released today) would be enough to test it..
